Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser with People’s Choice Voting
Location: Texas Roadhouse, Quincy, IL
Date: July 21st
Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
How It Works:
• Download and print a Meal Proceed Slip from the Adams County Fair Website or our Pageant Facebook Page.
• Hand out slips to your friends and family.
• When you dine in or order takeout that evening, give your slip to your server.
• Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of your meals to the Adams County Fair Queen Pageant Program!

People’s Choice Voting Details:
- People’s Choice Voting – Littles, Juniors, and Teens
Voting Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (same night – July 21st)
Location: Inside Texas Roadhouse (near the entrance)
- How to Participate:
1. Email a headshot of your contestant to [email protected] by June 30th. Include the contestant’s name and age in the email.
- 2. At the event, each contestant will have a voting bag with their headshot.
- Vote with cash or check at the restaurant.
- OR vote virtually via Venmo.
Venmo Voting Details:
- Venmo Name: @AdamsCountyFairIL
- • $1 = 1 vote
• In the memo, include the contestant’s full name and which pageant they are in.
Winners from each pageant will receive the 2026 People’s Choice Award, announced on pageant night!
