DIRECTIONS TO ENTER: Once your coloring sheet is finished, mount it to a piece of construction paper. On the back, list the Name, Age and Grade of your child. For Adults, document the age group you fit into. Download the correct coloring sheet for the age group you are entering into! Then simply present your entry to the superintendents in the Domestic Arts Building Tuesday, July 23. Entries are accepted from 4p.m.-8p.m. Unlike the rest of the Department N exhibits, it is not necessary to call in the coloring sheets.
Department N Rules:
Superintendent will receive entries Tuesday, July 23, 2024 after 4:00 p.m.
This department is open to all school children under 18 years of age.
There will be no entry fees charged.
All entries in this department subject to General Rules in front of this book.
Please read and follow descriptions for the class you are entering.
No exhibitor may make more than one entry in any class.
ALL MAPS AND POSTERS are not to exceed 28” x 22” in size.
Entries should be permanently dated before entering.
Entries previously entered will be disqualified.
Grade levels indicate the grade just completed.
Exhibitor must call in person for the articles between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. the last day of the Fair.
All Premium Checks must be picked up on or before the last day of the Fair. They will not be mailed.
Premiums for non-starred classes: 1st – $3.00; 2nd – $2.50; 3rd – $2.00
*Premiums for starred (*) classes: 1st – $4.25; 2nd – $3.75; 3rd – $2.75
