DEPARTMENT M – TEXTILES AND ARTS

AMOUNT OFFERED IN THIS DEPARTMENT - $984.00
There will be no entry fees charged, but an exhibitor’s pass must be purchased. All entries in this department are subject to general rules in front of this book. All entries must be made by 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Superintendents will be on hand to receive Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

No entries can be entered in more than one class.
All entries must be the work of the party making the exhibit or entry, the articles to be classified by the exhibitor.
All entries must be displayed and not left in bags.
All pictures M63-84 need to be framed with a wire string attached to the back for hanging.
Exhibitor must call in person for the articles between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. the last day of the Fair.
The Fair Association will not be responsible for items broken or damaged, however precautions will be taken to prevent damage.
NO ARTICLE HAVING WON A PRIZE IN THE PAST MAY COMPETE FOR ANOTHER PRIZE, NOR SHALL SUCH ARTICLE BE ENTERED.
Exhibitors may make only two entries in each class in the department.
All Premium Checks must be picked up on or before the last day of the Fair. They will not be mailed.
All entries are to be newly created and clean.

TEXTILES (Classes 1 - 62)


1 - DOILIES
1st – $3.50; 2nd – $2.75; 3rd – $1.75

1. Crocheted, under 12”
2. Crocheted, 13” - 18”
3. 18” and over and tablecloths
All doilies need to be mounted on a solid surface (foam-core board, poster board, or some similar material).

All pictures M 63-70 must not be larger than 24” x 32”. 
8x10 & larger are framed and no larger than 24” x 32”.
All pictures M 63 - 71 need to be framed.
All pictures must have a wire string attached to the back for hanging.
