Hundreds of little girls will have a chance to meet Elsa, Anna and other “Frozen” friends at the second annual Frozen Tea Party to benefit the Miss Adams County Fair Scholarship Fund.  

The “Frozen Tea Party” was held July 23rd at the Quincy Mall Community Room. Children met Queen Elsa, Princess Anna and their favorite snowman "Olaf."  Sweet treats were served by Miss Adams County Fair pageant contestants and other volunteers.


"The idea was spurred on by the desire to provide more scholarship opportunities to girls participating in our pageant," said Kellea Hendrian, Adams County Fair Pageant Director.  "The proceeds will go directly to the scholarships of these deserving young ladies.  This event also gives our contestants a chance to interact with little princesses and serve as role models."
