Texas Roadhouse Dine to Donate Fundraiser with People’s Choice Voting
  • The Fundraiser will be held at Texas Roadhouse in Quincy, IL on July 8th.
  • Meal Proceed Slips are ready for download HERE.
  • Each contestant can pass slips out to friends and family and encourage them to dine at Texas Roadhouse that evening to help us raise funds for our scholarship program.
  • Turn in your slip when you dine-in or takeout food that night and 10% of the proceeds from each meal go back to our Adams County Fair Queen Pageant Program.\

  • People’s Choice Voting Details:
  • People’s Choice voting for our Little’s, Junior, and Teen Contestants will take place at Texas Roadhouse from 5:00pm - 7:00pm the night of the Texas Roadhouse Dine to Donate Fundraiser on July 8th.
  • Please email a headshot to [email protected] by June 30th with the contestants name, pageant and age.
  • A bag with the headshot of each people’s choice participant will be near the entrance. This is where you can vote with cash or check.
  • We will also have a Venmo this year for Virtual Voting. When voting through Venmo, please put the contestants full name and which pageant they are participating in for the memo. The Adams County Fair Venmo is @AdamsCountyFairIL
    $1 = 1 vote.
  • The winner with the most votes from each pageant will win our 2025 People’s Choice Award and will be announced on pageant night.
