Meet Miss Adams County 2025 Andrea Schaffnit

Andrea Schaffnit of Mendon is the 2025 Miss Adams County Fair Queen during the 83rd Adams County Fair. She is the daughter of Kevin and Nicole Schaffnit of Mendon.
Schaffnit attends Southern Illinois University Carbondale, majoring in Healthcare Management. Andrea plans to earn her masters in Hospital Administration and work towards becoming a hospital COO. She was sponsored by Shaffer Enterprises. Schaffnit is the 60th Adams County Fair Queen to be crowned since the pageant began in 1965. She takes home a $2,000 scholarship from the Adams County Fair Board and numerous prizes from local sponsors. Schaffnit was also awarded the Adams County Bicentennial Speech award, which comes with a $200 scholarship. |
