Miss Adams County 2022 - CayLee Hughes

The Adams County Fair crowns new 2022 Queen

CayLee Hughes, 18, was crowned 2022 Miss Adams County during the Miss Adams County Fair Pageant.  She is the daughter of Jeff and Diane Hughes of Camp Point.  CayLee is a 2022 graduate of Central High School.  She plans to attend Quincy University his fall with a major in nursing.  Hughes General Contractor provided her sponsorship in the pageant. She is the 57th Adams County Fair Queen to be crowned since the pageant began in 1965.  

Interestingly enough, CayLee was the first Little Miss Adams County when the pageant was created. She was crowned back in 2010, making her the first 'Little Miss' to hold a second title at the Adams County Fair.
