2010 Adams County Fair
Baby Contest Registration Form
Contest to be held on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010 at 3:00pm.
Contest rules: Pre-registration is required.
There is a non-refundable entry fee of $5.00 per child to be paid with registration.
Completed registration form and payment must be received at the Fair Board Office no later than Friday, July 23rd at 12:00 noon.
Any registrations received late will be returned. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
Contest is to be held on the Gem City Ford stage by the Fair Office. Check-in will be held from 2:00pm until 2:45pm.
Judging will begin at 3:00pm.
Contestants will be divided into age categories with separate categories for boys and girls.
Contestants must have been born after August 3rd, 2007 to participate. (If 3rd birthday has already been reached, please sign up for Little Mr. / Little Miss contest.)
Judges decisions are final.
All contestants will receive a trophy and goodie bag.
By signing this form, you agree to allow the Adams County Fair and its successors to use your child's photo, image or likeness in media and print advertising.
